Ioan Gamboa Goes Sudbeat

Ioan Gamboa Goes Sudbeat

2011 is set to be a big year for Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat imprint, and kicking things off is yet another debut on the label.  Berlin resident Ioan Gamboa has released material on a number of labels under various guises. Today he is set to take centre stage under his own name.

2010 saw the release of his debut album “Hier Rein Da Raus” on his own Madberlin label, and his work found support from the likes of Richie Hawtin, Xpansul, Marc Antona and of course Hernan Cattaneo.

With his dynamic live show Ioan has toured the world, breaking down, and recreating his own work, live on stage. Today he brings us his latest work. Two sparkling new originals in, “Spiral” and “Hope”.

“A release I am really proud of thanks to the collaboration with one of the artists I admire the most; due to his amazing background, special feeling for music, and the work done though label like Renaissance. The one and only, Hernan Cattaneo.” – Ioan Gamboa

The remix of “Spiral” comes from the label head himself, who once again teams up with his fellow countrymen, Soundexile.
